Entries are invited for this tournament: we do hope you will play. It is always a great occasion: both competitive and fun! It will start at 9am on Saturday 16th November. If the number of entries warrants it there will also be play on Friday evening 15th November.
You can enter this tournament by completing and submitting the form below online or you can download a printable form which can be found in the Members Area.
Entries will be divided into two Divisions depending on the number of entrants and their handicaps. Competitors may be expected to play on both courts. Any Full or Junior LRTA member may enter but the maximum handicap off which anyone may play is set at 65. If you wish to play in either the Singles or the Doubles only, please make this clear on your entry form. Both the Singles and Doubles will be Round Robin events followed by a knock-out tournament for the winners and runners up of each Round Robin Group (each match being one first-to-six-games set). Formats of both events are subject to change depending on the number of entries. If two people enter the doubles as a pair but end up playing in different Divisions, they will each be given the option of teaming up with another “spare” if possible.
Entry fees: Singles & Doubles £25.00; Singles only £20.00; Doubles only £10; Junior (under 21 on date of Tournament) Singles £5 and Doubles £5.
All entrants must be members of the LRTA if resident in the UK. Clothing must be predominantly white. LRTA rules will apply. Food will be available during the Tournament.
A Tournament Dinner will be held on Saturday 10th November 2012 at the Leamington Club at a cost of £25.00 per head. Please confirm your reservation and pay for dinner places when submitting the Entry Form. Final numbers for the dinner have to be confirmed by 2nd November, 2013. Friends, family and supporters are very welcome.
Payment for the entry fee and dinner must be received before an entry will be accepted - see payment options in the form below. The Draw will take place during the week following the closing date and emailed (where address is provided) or posted to you soon thereafter.
