The format of the tournament remains the same with a limit of 32 pairs, divided into 8 round robin groups of 4, each taking 3 hours (all matches until the final, one first to six games set): 1 group Thursday 6pm to 9 pm; 4 groups Friday 9am to 12noon, 12noon to 3pm, 3pm to 6pm, 6pm to 9pm; 3 groups Saturday 9am to 12noon, 12noon to 3pm, 3pm to 6pm.  Winners and runners up go through to knock out play-offs on Sunday from 9am to 1pm, quarter finals from 1pm to 3pm, semi finals from 3pm to 4pm and a first to 8 games set final at 4pm.  Places in the tournament will be allocated on a first come first served basis, so please apply early.  The tournament will be run to LRTA Rules and all lady players must be Full or Junior members of the LRTA.  Clothing should be predominantly white and the tournament committee’s decision on all matters shall be final. Seacourt players will be penalised for home court advantage and will have their handicaps reduced by three points.

There will be a dinner preceded by a drinks party on the Saturday evening, details will be sent out with the draw.  Throughout the tournament, the club bar and restaurant will be open at the usual hours.  If you wish to make use of the other sporting facilities at the club: squash, lawn tennis, rackets, please contact Danny Jones at Seacourt.  The draw will take place in the week of the closing date.

    Boxes marked with an asterisk are required information.  If these boxes are not completed when you click Submit, they will be outlined in red and a message "Please correct the highlighted fields" will be displayed beneath the Submit button.  When you have completed the highlighted boxes, click Submit again.  When your submission is successful, the form will "disappear" and a message: "Thank you. Your Entry form for the LRTA Mixed Handicap Doubles tournament has been submitted." will be displayed.  Once your entry has been received successfully you will be sent an email confirming all the details you have submitted.
