Entry will be limited to 16 players on a first come first served basis. The tournament will consist of one round robin group with a format ensuring ALL PAIRS play on both days. Matches will be one first-to-six games set, starting at one-game-all if there is a full draw.

The tournament will be played off combined handicap, with the doubles pairings being made by the tournament committee based on Real Tennis Online Handicap System doubles handicaps, pairing best handicap with worst handicap throughout.

Players must be available to play on both days but if you would prefer to play before or after certain times, please state this on the entry form. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate such requests, this cannot be guaranteed. All entrants resident in the UK must be members of the LRTA. LRTA tournament rules will apply and all on court clothing must be predominantly white.

A tournament dinner will be held at The Rutland Arms on Saturday 10th September, guests will be welcome. The cost will be £20 excluding wine, please include payment for dinners with your entry fee. Lunch will be available at the club on both days for a nominal charge.
